About Jen

img_8074Life doesn’t always go your way. Just like you, I have had bad things happen to me. I lost a child to cancer, I have experienced failed relationships and career set backs. We all face adversity but that does not mean a happy life is not yours to be had. When things go bad it takes a helping of bravery and determination to turn things around. I want to encourage you to overcome hardship and tragedy to live your brave life.

I am the epitome of a small town girl with big dreams. Yes, I am the consummate Libra, both reason and contradiction mingled together. Creativity runs in my genes as I am the daughter of a creative soul (mom) and the mother of a creative spirit (oldest son). I am a lover of oil paints and images as much as I loves words. Born with the gift for gab, I love to share what I have learned to encourage and motivate others to reach their highest potential, to find their purpose in life, and to heal from significant loss along the way.

Besides creative pursuits, I am also the founder of Tucker’s Toybox at Tucker Arnold Foundation. A nonprofit that delivers toys to children’s hospitals nationwide and supports life saving childhood cancer research. Because Toys Are Good Medicine Too.
